Commission British Folk/Punk Band Skinny Lister October 2024 Martin made 100 absolutely spot on mini flagon's for us all thrown on the wheel with porcelain and almost identical to each other. In getting to that point we worked together to make sure the items looked how we wanted them. Really fiddly work, I can't even imagine how he did it. He then decorated them with bows and bells and the end result is just stunning. Thanks Martin! |

Mushroom Mug Commission 9/11/24 "I commissioned Martin to make a mug for a friend with specific fungi on it with a foreground colour. I am delighted with his design that he created for me, it looks wonderful and I am so glad I gave him free reign to use his artistic skills designing the mug for me. Paint Your own Handmade Porcelain Christmas Decoration Saturday 16th November 2024 2-4pm. The Note Warehouse, Yatton, UK In this workshop artists Martin and Wen-Hsi Harman presented this workshop. Everyone had the opportunity to paint their very own handmade porcelain Christmas decoration. They got to choose 3 different shapes from raindeer, dog bone, star, gingerbreadman and a surprize shape. We spent an afternoon relaxing and enjoying the moment by picking up a paint brush to create something by hand that is unique. Not to mention access to the amazing cafe. After we finished painting the decorations they will have a glaze applied and fired in the kiln ready to be collected. They are then ready to hang on the Christmas tree. Paint Your Own Handmade Wheel Thrown Pottery Mug Workshop Saturday 21st September 2024 2-4pm. The Note Warehouse, Yatton, UK In this workshop artists Martin and Wen-Hsi Harman presented this workshop. Participants had the opportunity to paint their very own Handmade Mug. What makes made this workshop special is that they got to create their own unique painting on a mug completely handmade, thrown on the potters wheel by the artist Martin that’s is theirs to keep and treasure! We spent an afternoon relaxing and enjoying the moment by picking up a paint brush to create something by hand that is unique. We also had inspiration imagery for guidance. Not to mention access to the amazing cafe. After we finished painting the mug they will have a glaze applied and fired in the kiln ready to be collected. Workshop Artists Wen-Hsi & Martin Harman teamed up to run a Chinese Calligraphy workshop as part of the South Bristol Arts Trail. A free workshop that ran on a drop-in basis for both adults and children. In this workshop we celebrated the Moon Festival with traditional Chinese Calligraphy, exploring Taiwanese culture. Participants learned how to write characters using brush and ink on red traditional paper and took home their creations. I don't know any story about robin bird until I listened to Martin's talk in Taipei Taiwan. I am oversea buyer, if you are oversea buyer, if you are oversea buyer in Taiwan you might need to wait two weeks to receive it because its print on demand from Japan. You need to have patience to wait however its worth value." |

This hat comes in one size and has an area on the back to adjust the size. So even though I have a small head circumference, it still fits, it‘s just a little dimpled at the back of my head. But I found a way to fix it, just put a ponytail on it.

I especially like this color, washed denim blue, which can be worn all year round. The embroidered seal on the hat is composed of black and red mushroom patterns, surrounded by Taiwanese black bears with funny expressions, which makes the whole hat a little more childlike in leisure. |
